Connection Group provides the necessary training, but we can’t issue your actual plastic card HRW licence – to obtain one you’ll need to apply to your local WHS regulator once you have completed your training and assessment with us.

On each course information page, you will find a detailed list of what you need to bring. We provide all the necessary general training equipment such as notes, logbooks, training plans, calculators, and pens. For courses such as dogging and rigging, we also supply whistles.

To start your course, you will require a USI or unique student identifier number, which is an Australia-wide identification number administered by the Federal Government. If you don’t already have a USI from previous studies or courses, we can assist you in obtaining one.

It is advisable to bring any existing logbooks or training records you may have, as well as statements of attainment or current high-risk work licenses that are relevant to your chosen course. Additionally, you will need to provide three forms of photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, Medicare card, debit card, or birth certificate.

If you are uncertain about what to bring, please refer to the specific course information page or contact our team for assistance.

Once all your key identity documents have been supplied and verified, and there is no outstanding balance on your account, we will prepare your Statement of Attainment. While the standard time frame for Registered Training Organisations to issue the document is 30 days, we always aim to exceed expectations and provide it within 14 days. If you require the document sooner, please contact our Booking Team as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

Our policy is not to cancel courses due to low attendance, unless the state WHS regulator requires a specific number of attendees.

Our training calendar is always up to date with all the scheduled public courses. If you wish to make a group booking for your team, please feel free to give us a call, and we will arrange a suitable time for you, or send us an email with your enquiry.
